A lot has been going on so far this summer, and as a result, I've been fairly negligent about updating. Life in Ireland is going very well. I've been working at a coffeeshop in the middle of town and thanks to my amazing coworkers and daily proximity to caffeine, I have come to really love the time I spend there.
I spent the past three weeks in America, visiting my family and friends. The trip was way too short, but very good still, to see everyone.
Now I'm back in Ballyvaughan, recovering from jet lag and reconnecting with everyone after three weeks away. It was very hard this time around to leave home, and know I'll be gone for 6 months, but coming back to Ballyvaughan makes this easier than it would be anywhere else. And of coarse, this gorgeous, thoughtful bouquet certainly helps fight the homesickness. I feel very blessed to call this place home for the next couple years.
